Simply fill in the form below or give us a call with your information including when would you like the bike delivered. We’ll contact you by phone to confirm the details, and once the delivery and service fee and deposit has been paid we’ll send your bike. When the bike arrives all you need to do is set up the handle bars, adjust the seat height, and attach the wheels. Pedals are not provided so you’ll need to use your own pedals to match your cleats. Note: Completing this form does not guarantee a loan.

Why do I need to pay a deposit and when will I get it back? NeilPryde have developed the Alize and Diablo to be super high performance bikes and to protect the fleet of loan bikes from fraud, we kindly ask that you pay a deposit to ensure that you will return the bike in its original condition less wear and tear. Once the bike has been returned to our service centre and given a thorough check and provided that the bike is in its original condition less wear and tear, we will return the deposit to you immediately.
