As a company involved in the production and distribution of equipment for a variety of outdoor sports, Neil Pryde Ltd. and the companies we contract (referred to as “Service Partners”) with to provide your loan equipment want you to understand and accept the company’s policies regarding your use of our products.

I understand and fully acknowledge that cycling is HAZARDOUS and has inherent risks of injury to any part of my body, including death, which reasonable care, caution and equipment cannot eliminate. I agree to freely and expressly ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF DEATH OR ANY OTHER INJURY while using this equipment. I agree not to loan or sell the equipment to any other person(s), during the term of this loan agreement.

The use of a helmet and other protective gear, including reflectors and both front and rear lights (not provided by Neil Pryde Ltd.), is strongly recommended by the company. However, I understand that the use of such protective equipment may reduce but does not eliminate injuries to any part of my body, including, but not limited to, my head, neck, knee, ankle, shoulder, wrist, elbow or death.

I agree to use any equipment either loaned from or purchased from, or otherwise received through Neil Pryde Ltd. and our Service Partners, their divisions and/or subsidiaries and affiliates in the manner in which it was intended, and to follow all warnings, instructions, guidelines and requirements for its use. I acknowledge receipt of all warnings, instructions and guidelines for such equipment, and agree to follow them and to retain them for reference. If I have any questions or uncertainties regarding the appropriate setup and use of such equipment, I will obtain advice and direction from Neil Pryde Ltd. and/or Service Partners prior to use of the equipment.

I agree to become familiar with and follow any relevant sporting activity/location responsibility codes, rules or regulations and abide by the traffic regulations of the country where I intend to ride the loan bike.

I agree that any injury sustained while using equipment obtained through the Neil Pryde Ltd. and/or Service Partners shall be immediately reported to the company management in writing.

I understand and agree that any use of company equipment that does not follow the company and/or facility/location warnings, instructions, guidelines and requirements shall constitute an additional express assumption by me of all inherent risks of any injury to any part of my body or death, and will also constitute a serious and willful violation by me, the user, of applicable safety orders and recommendations.

I agree that should I damage the bike whilst it is under my care I may be charged an appropriate amount in order to service or replace the part that was damaged which will be deducted from my deposit.
