Buying NeilPryde bikes is easy, convenient and secure. Simply go to the web page of the product, select the desired colour and required frame size, add to your cart, and then complete the Secure Checkout Process.
You will not be required to set-up an account with NeilPryde, but we recommend it to you. This is a simple process, and will enable you to manage your orders more securely and efficiently. We are acutely aware that you are sharing personal information with us and we take this responsibility seriously!

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also use PayPal either through your existing account or as a guest, and, for our more traditional consumers, settle by Bank Transfer and TT Payment.

Pricing
No Surprises! Prices are inclusive of sales tax, import duties, any customs fees... the whole lot. So you're not going to be presented with any extra invoices when your new bike arrives on your doorstep.
We are selling directly to you, and not through layers of distributors and dealers; therefore, we are completely transparent about our pricing. If you want to see how much a bike will cost you in any of the 32 countries we ship to, the prices are here on our website.
NeilPryde prices in EURO, AUD, and USD depending on which country your bike will be shipped to.

Shipping
We know how precious your new purchase is... we've taken years to develop it! That's why we have partnered with DHL Express to handle all deliveries worldwide. Their real-time tracking allows you to follow your new purchase from the moment it leaves our dedicated workshop to when it arrives on your doorstep.
For your peace of mind we ship all NeilPryde bikes in our custom bike box to ensure your bike arrives in pristine condition and race ready. All you need to do is set-up the handlebars, adjust the saddle height, attach the front wheel, and then you're ready to roll.
And did we mention that we ship for FREE to all countries listed? As we've already said, we don't like surprises, especially additional shipping costs that unexpectedly appear at the end of the checkout process.

NQA Returns
If your bike arrives and it falls short of your expectations for whatever reason, just send it back. Make sure you inform us within 7 working days of its arrival by sending a message via the contact form. Once you have completed the returns form, which will be emailed to you, we will arrange a courier to pick the bike up from your address.

Warranty
Our 10-YEAR Limited Warranty for material and manufacturing defects and 2-YEAR Limited Warranty on paintwork cover all NeilPryde frames and forks. This is limited to the original purchaser, from the date of purchase.

Assembly and Maintenance
As all our bikes are fully checked & assembled before dispatch, it is ready to ride straight out of the box. However we recommend that you give your bike a quick once over before your first ride. Gears & brakes may need to be adjusted to account for cables stretching and components bedding in, and a competent person will be able to carry out this work at home with the help of the manufacturers instruction manuals supplied with the bike.

Privacy
Whenever you deal with NeilPryde we will always respect the privacy of your personal details and account information. We will not divulge your email address or send you our own emails or those of other companies unless you agree to it. You will always have the right to access your account and modify any data about you that is held by NeilPryde.
We will minimise the amount of information you need to provide about yourself before you reach the checkout area of the NeilPryde website. The information you do provide during purchasing NeilPryde products will always be limited to that needed for your purchase. This information will be passed from your browser to our Secure Server using the highest level of Encryption Technology possible.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to any passwords you have with us and we recommend that you do not submit sensitive financial information on shared or public computers.
