All bikes are shipped directly from our dedicated workshop to your doorstep via DHL Express service. This means that both NeilPryde and you will know exactly where your bike is at every step of the way through the DHL real-time tracking system. It's the safest and most secure delivery service we could find.
When placing your order, keep in mind that all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please provide an address where someone is present to receive and sign for your order – but probably not your office, as we don't want to be responsible for turning your colleagues green with envy!
Custom Bike Box
All NeilPryde bikes are shipped in our custom bike box to ensure your bike arrives in pristine condition and race ready. Every bike is first fully assembled and safety checked before being prepared for packing and shipping. Once your bike arrives, all you need to do is set-up the handlebars, adjust the saddle height, attach the front wheel, and then you're ready to roll.
Your NeilPryde bike box can be reused for safely transporting your bike by car or plane if repacked in the same way it arrived. It must also be used for returning all bikes as part of our NQA Returns.

Delivery
It usually takes us 4-5 days to build your bike once we receive your order. And then approximately 5-8 days for DHL to deliver to your doorstep, wherever you are in the World.
You will NOT have to pay any additional customs charges once your bike arrives. We hate it when that happens to us, and that's why we've partnered with DHL. All bikes are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – for those logistics spods), and therefore, you won't be presented with any surprise invoices.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value, or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above.
