Buying your bike from NeilPryde is easy, convenient and secure. If you live in any of the 32 countries listed in the Ship To selector at the top of each page, then you can place your order through our website. However, if you live elsewhere then please send a message via our contact form and we'll process your order offline.

How to Order from NeilPryde

The process is so simple that we don't think you'll need any instructions, but here they are just in case:

• Choose the bike you like, and then make the tough decision whether you'd prefer a frameset, which includes the headset, seat post and QFIT System, or one of our race-ready complete bike options.
• Choose the required frame size and desired colour, and click the "Add to Cart" button.
• Wherever you are on the website you can check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of every page.
• Adding an item to your cart does not mean you have purchased the product. You can remove items from your shopping cart or change the model, size, colour, and quantity required at any time.
• When you are ready to buy the items in your cart, click the "Checkout Now" button.
• Set-up a secure account with NeilPryde.
• Fill in your personal details, the shipping and billing information on our secure forms.
• Decide on your payment method – Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer / TT Payment.
• Click "Place My Order" to complete your purchase.
• Once your order is confirmed you will see a "Thank You" page that will contain a summary of your order, and we'll also send you an "Order Confirmation" email once your order has been processed.

Payment Options

Purchasing your NeilPryde bike couldn't be easier. We accept:

• Visa and MasterCard through our SSL encrypted server

You can pay at NeilPryde through our SSL encrypted server with the following cards:

During the Checkout process you will be asked to enter your card details, the name and the address of the cardholder when you place the order. Once you click "Place My Order" these details will be checked and you will be informed if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. If the details are approved you will be directed to the "Thank You" page and receive the "Order Confirmation" email once your order has been processed.

PayPal

NeilPryde offers an alternative convenient and secure payment method via PayPal. You can choose this option without the need to register an account with PayPal, or use your existing PayPal account to check out quickly with no need to enter your debit or credit card details.

If the details are approved you will be directed to the "Thank You" page and receive the "Order Confirmation" email once your order has been processed.

Bank Transfer / TT Payment

For those of you who prefer a traditional curve to your handlebars, we also offer the option to pay via direct bank transfer.

After choosing this payment option during Checkout, proceed with inputting your personal details, the shipping and billing information. After you click "Confirm Now" we will send you an email containing payment instructions. You will then have up to 3 working days to complete the payment. Once we have received payment you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email and your bike will be scheduled for assembly.

Please note NeilPryde reserves the right to suspend an order when payment is not received within the stipulated period.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been completed you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email to your registered email address. This will include:

• Purchase details
• Shipping information
• Billing information
• Estimated dispatch date

We will then assemble your bike, and once it's ready to be shipped we will send an additional email that includes your DHL tracking number. You will then be able to track your bike all the way to your doorstep.
