NQA Returns
If you are not happy with your new bike, for whatever reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund, free of charge, by sending a message via our contact form within 7 days of the delivery date. Once you have completed the returns form, which will be emailed to you, we will arrange a courier to pick the bike up from your address.

Warranty Returns
If your bike develops a fault within the warranty period please send a message via the contact form before returning the bike or any of its components, as problems can often be resolved simply and quickly. If it is necessary to return the bike then NeilPryde will arrange DHL to collect your bike, and we will pay for all handling and shipping costs.
Your NeilPryde frame and forks are covered by our limited warranty.

All components, wheels and accessories are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties, with specific details found in the product manuals delivered with your bike. In most cases, if you have a repair or warranty claim on any of these products you can contact either any official dealer or distributor and they will handle your enquiry. Please refer to our supplier's websites for further information and distributor details.
