The price you see on the product page is the price you will pay at the checkout. There will be no additional shipping costs, no extra charge for the box we ship your bike in, and definitely no additional fees or taxes that you need to pay to DHL when your bike arrives on your doorstep. Did we mention that we don't like (nasty) surprises?
Prices are inclusive of import duties and standard sales tax, where applicable, at the rate appropriate to the destination country of the order. You may change the destination country via the Ship To selector found in the top right corner of every page. So for example, if you want us to deliver your bike to UK we include VAT at 17.5%, for Germany VAT at 19%, and Spain at 16%.
If you live in a country not listed in our Ship To selector, don't worry! We are still probably able to ship directly to your doorstep. You should select "Others" in the Ship To selector and continue to select your product and then proceed to check out. After clicking "Submit Order" you will be contacted by our Team.
Please note: if you choose "Other" for your country then the price displayed is for reference only, and the final price will be confirmed by the NeilPryde Team via email.
NeilPryde sets prices in EURO for all products delivered to Europe, in AUD for our Australian customers, in YEN for Japan, in GBP in the United Kingdom, and in USD for the Rest of the World. We apologize if you would prefer to pay in a currency we don't currently offer.

From time to time NeilPryde will run promotional campaigns. Each promotion has a unique code, which is valid for a limited period of time, and must be entered in the Promotion Code field during the checkout process.
